We supplied testing criteria which covered a number of important factors such as customer service and print quality. Viapost can supply an API solution for larger companies and downloadable drivers for ease of use. The print quality on both colour and mono printing was excellent. All test items were received exactly when we expected and queries were answered via email in a timely manor.

CFH Docmail win first prize for online based hybrid mail. One bonus of their online service is that mac users can easily send letters as well. Our testers all found Docmail very easy to use and again the customer service was fast and helpful. Currently CFH offer the lowest prices available but obviously bulk users could probably achieve a better price from any supplier with a little negotiation.
