We wanted to make sure the tests we carried out in 2010 were independent, so we again selected ten people from a reputable market research company, to make sure the testing was fair and not biased in any possible way. We supplied testing criteria which covered a number of important factors such as customer service, print quality and this time how long it took each person to show a colleague how to use the system, a new but important test.. and mono printing was excellent. All test items were received exactly
when we expected and queries were answered via email and by phone very quickly

their online service is that mac users can easily send letters as well.
Our testers all found Docmail very easy to use and again the technical
support was fast and helpful. Currently CFH offer the lowest prices
available but obviously bulk users could probably achieve a better
price from any supplier with a little negotiation.
